Set within the historic Priest’s House, this is more than just a celebration - it’s a banquet of grandeur, revelry and spectacle. Raise a goblet of mulled wine, feast in a hall rich with history and dance beneath the flickering glow of candlelight.

Whether you are a returning guest or experiencing the gala for the first time, this is an evening you won’t want to miss.

• 17:00 – Arrival: Mulled wine and warm welcomes.


• 17:30 – Time‑in Begins.


• 18:00 – Banquet Hall Opens: Step inside for a magnificant feast.


• 20:15 – Entertainment Begins: Prepare to be enthralled.


• 21:00 – Dancing & Celebrations: Join the ceilidh or watch the revelry unfold.


• 23:00 – Time‑in Ends: The night winds down.


• 23:15 - Carriages await: Guests must vacate the venue (But there's an OC afterparty on the same site!)

Costs & Payment

Total Price: £95 per guest

Deposit: £45 to secure your position

Remaining Balance: £50 due no later than 1 December (can be paid earlier)

This price includes unlimited beer, wine, cider and soft drinks. Guests will enjoy a night for the senses with sumptuous food, roaring entertainment and memorable souvenirs.
